NURSERY
The Nursery is a private daytime service that welcomes children aged 3 to 36 months until the conclusion of the educational year, with a current maximum capacity of 16 children.
Service mission and goals

- to promote a culture attentive to the rights of childhood;
- to foster, in collaboration with the family, the growth and harmonious psychophysical and social development of the children attending the service;
- to guarantee that spaces, equipment, systems, furnishings, and toys are suitable, functional, and safe;
- to ensure the professionalism of the staff through continuous updating and training activities;
- to offer children a place for education, care, and socialisation for their psychophysical well-being and for the development of their cognitive, emotional, and social potential;
- to assist in the temporary separation of the child from the parent figure;
- to foster the internalisation of rules and coexistence;
- to encourage the acquisition of motor and manual skills;
- to support the positive resolution of conflicts;
- to promote situations of cooperation;
- to support families in the care of their children and in educational choices.
Targeted activities

The non-targeted activity has a particular educational value and consists in offering children the possibility to play freely and as they please;
The targeted activities are didactic activities designed within the work plans. Their purpose is to promote the development of skills while respecting growth:
psychomotor activity;
manipulation activities;
graphic-pictorial and expressive activities;
activities for language development;
games and activities for the development of symbolic thought;
constructive activities.
